Mr Kennedy has had a long association with Australian and New Zealand resource companies. As a technical director he has been instrumental in the formation and/or development of a number of successful listed companies. These include Pan Pacific Petroleum NL, New Zealand Oil and Gas Limited (NZOG), Mineral Resources (NZ) Ltd and Otter Exploration NL.
During his term as Executive Director of Pan Pacific, NZOG and Otter, these companies were involved in the discovery of a number of oil and gas fields. These included the Tubridgi gas field and South Pepper, North Herald and Chervil oil fields in Western Australia and the Kupe South and Rua oil/gas condensate fields in New Zealand.
He is also a director of Norwest Energy NL and TSX Venture Exchange-listed Sunridge Gold Corp.

Mr Munachen is a Chartered Accountant and former partner in an international accounting practice. He has extensive experience in the management of Australian resource companies.
Mr Munachen is a director of Norwest Energy NL, Sub-Sahara Resources NL, Newland Resources Limited, Dragon Mining Ltd and Currie Rose Resources Inc, a TSX Venture Exchange-listed company.
Mr Ian R Cornelius

Mr Cornelius has more than 40 years experience in the minerals and petroleum industry. He spent the first nine years of his career with the Western Australian Department of Mines before leaving to manage his own tenement consulting business. Since 1976 he has held senior executive positions in a number of public exploration and mining companies. He has extensive experience and success in the selection, management and development of numerous deposits. Mr Cornelius is a non-executive director of Montezuma Mining Ltd, New World Alloys Ltd and Alkane Exploration Ltd.
Mr Roy (Barry) Rushworth

Mr Rushworth has more than 25 years experience in petroleum exploration. He was previously General Manager and Director of Afrex Limited where he was responsible for negotiating the company's licences in Malta, Kenya and Morocco. Mr Rushworth is now primarily responsible for identifying new venture opportunities for Pancontinental.
