PLACEMENT OF SHARES.
The Board of Pancontinental Oil & Gas NL wish to announce that they have placed 5,450,000 ordinary fully paid shares at an issue price of 4 cents each through a private placement to non-associated parties.
The funds raised will provide working capital for the continuing operations of the Company.
